A very quick update this week: We’re happy to inform you that the Meteor watches are with our logistics partner in Singapore. We’re already at the point of finalizing some last-minute shipping details and we expect to start shipping your orders by next week at the latest.
We’d also like to share with you some pictures of what’s been going on over at our logistics team. Check out the photos below!
Also, don’t forget to keep an eye on your inbox as we would start sending in emails containing your order’s tracking numbers once we start shipping. Now if your order consists of ten or more units, do note that you might have to receive more than one email from us.
If you want to update your email address, you can send in a request to our support team by sending in an email with a subject line of “UPDATE MY EMAIL” at
support@kreyos.com. In your email, please include the email address you want us to send your tracking number to, your full name, as well as your order ID.
