I'm sorry for the confusion! It appears that we were unable to successfully process your payment. There are a number of reasons why purchases don't succeed. Regrettably, we don't get full disclosure about payment issues, just whether it's a temporary or permanent failure. Yours came back as permanent.
However, we work with several retail partners who would be happy to put a new Pebble on your wrist! The original Pebble is also available for purchase through Best Buy, Target, select AT&T stores, and Amazon.com.
