Thank you for contacting us in regards to your order.
We began shipping Pebble Steel orders in late January. A significant number of Pebble Steel pre-orders were placed on the day it was announced; now that we have shipped those, we will move through the dates much more quickly.
We are shipping orders as soon as the stock is available. We ship in the order that we received the Steel preorders, but please remember that available stock also depends upon your location (US or international) and the style you ordered (black matte or brushed stainless). Ie. we need to have the style you ordered in stock for your country in order to ship.
When your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking instructions. Please note that we are not able to change your order in the queue, or see exactly where in line you are due to the variables listed above.
We will not charge your card until your order is ready to ship. You may have noticed an authorization charge on your card when you initially ordered, but that was a temporary charge that was refunded within 7 days.
