Hola, he investigado un poco y parece que no eres el único, el "sistema" que te pongo más abajo les ha funcionado a algunos, a otros no, espero que sea útil.
This problem has subsequently happened again. This time I was able to test out my fix.
1) let the power run out completely so display is blank
2) hold down top left, middle right and top right buttons (BEFORE PLUGGING IN TO RECHARGE)
3) Connect USB power cable (mine was plugged to laptop) WHILE STILL HOLDING BUTTONS DOWN
4) Keep the buttons depressed while watch starts up and enters recovery mode. Keep the button depressed until you can see the bluetooth connection is established with your phone.
5) upgrade the firmware via the phone as per normal and you should (hopefully) be back in action.
If at any point during the above process I released the buttons, prior to the connection with my phone being established, the pebble would hang on whatever screen it was on, and then eventually (after some button pressing) return to the 502 error screen. I then had to wait for the power to run out on the watch and start again from the beginning.
Note that holding the buttons down with the 502 error showing did nothing for me. No response. The only way I could get it to enter the reset mode was to let the power run out and then depress the buttons prior to connecting it to the power.
All that said, at least for now my Pebble is back up and running.
Hope this helps someone. I have no idea if the above works for all 502 errors but it definitely worked for me

Parece que hay cierta relación con un periodo prolongado sin batería, en algunos casos relacionados de alguna manera con aplicaciones cuantificadoras que drenan la batería más rápidamente. No sé si ha sido tu caso. En algunos post no pulsan tantos botones simultáneamente, tan solo el central, pero el resto del proceso es el mismo.
