It may take 2-5 business days for SingPost to have tracking information available on their website, this is normal. Pebbles shipped internationally may be screened by your country's Customs agency, which can cause extra delay in the final delivery of your Pebble. I was able to track your Pebble and it is showing: Despatched to overseas (Country code: MX).
When the Singpost tracking page shows that the status has changed from "Despatched" to "Arrived," this means your parcel has cleared Customs and is in the hands of your country's postal system. We recommend contacting your country's postal service if you have questions about the status of your shipment at this time.
